Out Of Shape Vase Set

Feeling distorted. We were wasting a lot of material in the studio while casting our Egg Bird Feeders and Star Egg Nightlights because air bubbles would ruin the pieces. Instead of discarding them we decided to make them vases by distorting the form after it was released from the mold. We then introduce dents and crudely cut an opening. We turned a potential loss into an object of beauty. After a bisque firing we glaze the interior pink, blue, yellow, green, and orange. The exterior is gloss white.
