J Schatz Signature Finishes
Several J Schatz pieces can be made in a finish of your choice. Contact us to confirm the piece you have in mind can be customized, then order a tile sample to see the finish in person before you commit.
Six signature finishes are available: Bronze, Graphite Lava, Metallic Black, Platinum, Rust Red, and Kelp Green. You can also view our 17 signature colors.
Made to order. Each finish tile is finished by hand in our Detroit studio. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.

Payment
All transactions are processed in USD. Payment is due at checkout for in-stock pieces. Custom and made-to-order work ships within the timeframe noted on its product page.
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock pieces ship within 1 day unless otherwise noted on the product page. Made-to-order pieces ship per the lead time listed. White-glove delivery and crating are available for fragile or large-scale work; quoted on request.
Returns
One-of-a-kind and made-to-order works are final sale. Production pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition; buyer is responsible for return shipping. Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
Care
Care instructions are included with each piece. Clean glazed ceramic surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.

Every J Schatz product is produced from original artwork. J Schatz, Egg Bird Feeders, Egg Bird Houses, and Wonder-Certified are registered trademarks of J Schatz Inc.; select designs are protected under U.S. patent. One-of-a-kind works are signed and dated by the artist; studio production carries the J Schatz mark.
