LOS ANGELES, CA — We are excited and proud to bring you our first collection of ceramic ovenware. Both durable and striking, our ceramic Au Gratin Ovenware diffuses heat slowly and allows flavors and aromas to develop naturally. Each piece is handcrafted from a speckled stoneware clay and glazed to perfection. No two are alike. J Schatz Au Gratin Ovenware is perfect for flavorful dishes and looks beautiful on the tabletop. Created in 7 finishes; 6 glossy colors and rustic metallic black.

Resistant Against Temperature Changes
Our Au Gratin Ovenware may be taken directly from the fridge to the hot oven (+500°F).

Slow Cooking & Keeps Hot
Clay is unsurpassed for conducting and retaining heat. Our durable speckled stoneware clay body is perfect for your cooking needs.

Care & Use
J Schatz Au Gratin Ovenware is oven and microwave safe. The ovenware is also food safe. Metallic Black glazed ware will naturally age with use and the rustic finish is reminiscent of the Old World. We recommend hand washing Au Gratin Ovenware in warm soapy water.

Small Au Gratin Ovenware is 8 1/4" Wide x 2 1/2" Deep with a 6" x 5 1/4" Opening and a 1 Quart Capacity. The weight is 15 Ounces. Available in Moss Green, Fire Orange, and Metallic Black. Retail Price: $125.
Medium Au Gratin Ovenware is 10" Wide x 3 1/4" Deep with a 7 1/4" x 5 1/2" Opening and a 2 Quart Capacity. The weight is 1 Pound, 3 Ounces. Available in Goldenrod Yellow, Bright White, and Metallic Black. Retail Price: $150.
Large Au Gratin Ovenware is 11" Wide x 3 3/4" Deep with a 8 1/4" x 7" Opening and a 3 Quart Capacity. The weight is 1 Pound, 9 Ounces. Available in Light Aqua, Sumac Red, and Metallic Black. Retail Price: $175.
