J SCHATZ PARTICIPATES IN GALLERY NIGHT PROVIDENCE
PROVIDENCE, RI — Please join J Schatz on June 16 from 5:00-9:00pm for Gallery Night Providence. J Schatz will be featuring their entire collection including new One of a Kind artwork. It will be a festive event with drinks and music. All sales are tax free thanks to Rhode Island's "State of the Arts" tax incentive program. J Schatz will be participating in five additional Gallery Night Providence events in 2016 on the third Thursday of every month.
The Studio
J Schatz, the internationally recognized design and ceramic production studio, purchased a historic mill building in the Olneyville section of Providence, Rhode Island for their new studio and home in January of 2016. Built in 1880, the building was the former dye house for the Weybosset Mills and is on the national register of historic places. It is an inspiring workspace for their new studio team and a perfect place to showcase the J Schatz Collection.
Who We Are
The world of J Schatz is driven by love, a sense of wonder, and the desire to create beautiful products out of clay. Everything is designed by Jim and Peter, and brought to life with a team of local artisans.
