You may ship using any ground, priority, or express delivery service offered. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees due on international shipments.
To ensure safe arrival, each piece is carefully packed in a sturdy box with recyclable, biodegradable cushioning.

Freight and White-Glove Delivery
Larger sculptural works, oversized lighting, and select one-of-a-kind pieces ship by freight with white-glove delivery rather than standard parcel carriers. These pieces are noted on their product page, where shipping is listed as quoted after the order is placed.
Once your order is received, we arrange crating and obtain a freight quote based on the destination and the handling the piece requires. We contact you with the quote before the work ships, and the shipping charge is billed separately from the item. White-glove service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and removal of all packing materials.
Transit times for freight shipments vary by destination and are confirmed at the time of quoting. International freight is available by arrangement; duties, taxes, and brokerage fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Please inspect freight deliveries on arrival and note any damage with the carrier before signing. If a piece arrives damaged, write to info@jschatz.com and we will help resolve it.
