Jim Schatz is an artist, designer, and ceramicist, and the founder of J Schatz Studio. His work spans gallery pieces and the studio's production designs, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Interior Design.
Peter Souza Jr.
Peter Souza Jr. is an artist and designer working across wood, image, form, and interiors, exploring memory, identity, and the emotional life of objects. He co-founded Take Me Home with Jim Schatz in 2026 and is a partner in J Schatz Studio.

J Schatz Studio is the production practice of Jim Schatz and Peter Souza Jr. — ceramic lighting, vessels, and outdoor pieces made in limited annual editions in Detroit. Its patented Egg Bird Feeder, Egg Bird House, and Hummingbird Feeder are found in homes worldwide.
